Our Women’s Self-Defense program is tailored for women of all backgrounds and fitness levels—even if you can’t commit to ongoing martial arts training. We focus on teaching critical skills that heighten your awareness, help you detect potentially dangerous situations, understand the tactics attackers may use, and, most importantly, give you the confidence to protect yourself.

Our program is open to women ages 12 and up, all fitness levels, and whether you’re a beginner or have some experience in self-defense.
You’ll learn practical self-defense techniques, including how to break free from holds, deliver powerful strikes, and protect yourself in real-world scenarios.
No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed to be accessible and effective for beginners while still challenging for those with some background.
Through hands-on training and situational awareness exercises, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills needed to feel empowered and in control of your personal safety.
